Although there are some public pages, most of the functionality of www.staffshift.com are available only once a user has logged in.
9.1 To be granted access to the system, a user must first register for the system.
9.2 User ID and password are strictly personal to the registered user and non-transferable. The user shall keep their login credentials safe and not share this information with anyone.
9.3 In the event that a user becomes aware that his login credentials could be compromised the user is required to immediately inform the helpdesk.
10. Enforceability
If any of the foregoing is not fully enforceable for any reason, the remainder shall nonetheless continue to apply.
